Dr. Ron Linehan, MD, is the founder and medical director of Precision Pain Care. He graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine and completed his internship at the Jewish Hospital in Cincinnati. After completing his anesthesiology residency at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center and Children’s Hospital Medical Center, Dr. Linehan practiced pain management in Kentucky and Tennessee before locating to Lancaster, Ohio in 1998.

Dr. Linehan is board-certified in anesthesiology, certified by the American Board of Pain Medicine, and has earned the Subspecialty Certification in Pain Management from the American Board of Anesthesiology. The American Board of Anesthesiology Subspecialty Certification in Pain Management is the only certification in pain management recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties.

Dr. Linehan is qualified to treat all regions of the spine, including the neck (cervical), mid-spine (thoracic), lower back (lumbar), pelvic girdle and tailbone areas (sacrum and coccyx). He is certified in spinal cord stimulator placement, Kyphoplasty, Endoscopic Discectomy and Endoscopic Rhizotomy.

In addition to pain management, Dr. Linehan practices general anesthesiology at Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster. He serves on the Board of Directors for Fairfield Medical Center and The Recovery Center in Lancaster, and is a member of the Ohio State Medical Association. Dr. Linehan has volunteered internationally with Operation Smile, the International Cardiac Care Foundation (ICCF) and HELPS Int’l, providing anesthesiology services for surgery patients in developing countries.
